Meet Clancey
I’m Clancey Cathemer, the person behind Cyber Cat Software Solutions. My background is in product ownership and software delivery for complex operational tools, including reporting, data workflows, and planning software. I turn complicated business requirements into clear priorities, practical designs, and testable deliverables.
You work directly with me to understand your process, define a useful first improvement, and review the solution as it develops. I help agricultural, industrial, and other small businesses automate manual work, connect existing systems, and move beyond spreadsheets and older software. Projects are handled remotely, with calls by appointment.
How I Work
Understand the Workflow
Start with the problem, the people using the tools, and the steps that slow work down.
Define the Scope
Agree on priorities, deliverables, and what the project includes before building.
Build and Test
Review the solution together, test the important workflows, and plan the handoff.
